For the holiday home owners, we will provide comprehensive management and marketing services to keep your Goa sea home in top condition for your use or for the use of holiday makers and help you maximize the rental income from your property. For the holiday makers, we will provide all services to make their holiday in Goa comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Services offered and Pricing
- Management Services Only
This set of services is relevant to all home owners, that is, for those home owners who intend to keep their goa sea home or their self use only as well as for those owners who would like to additionally rent out their homes to holiday makers and earn a rental income. These services will include:
- facilitating the initial interior set up of your holiday home
- regular housekeeping services to keep your Goa sea home in top condition
- managing the keys and providing them to you or the guests on arrival and check out
- carrying out regular inspections of your Goa sea home at regular intervals and facilitating any needed repairs (costs of repairs extra)
- advising and facilitating any annual or one off maintenance needs for your Goa sea home like Termite Treatment, Insurance, monsoon airing etc (costs of specific services extra)
Pricing for management Services will be based on the size of the holiday home. Guides rates will be:
- 2 bedroom home – INR 7,000 per month
- 3 bedroom home – INR 8,000 per month
- 4 bedroom home – INR 9,000 per month
- 5 bedroom home – INR 10,000 per month
- Marketing and Management Services
For Goa sea home owners who would like to earn a rental income by letting their holiday home out to holiday makers, we will offer marketing services in addition to the management services described above. As part of our marketing services, we will:
- advertise your property on our dedicated website and provide a complete booking management system
- upload extensive pictures of your holiday home on our website, along with detailed description, location, features and holiday pricing
- advertise our website through various online and traditional marketing channels in India and abroad, therefore increasing your listing exposure
- facilitate the arrival and departure arrangements for holiday makers and also manage the collection and distribution of rental payments end to end
- provide dedicated support staff to answer any booking related questions. In addition, we will have a dedicated concierge to take care of any holiday related needs for your own holidays or for other holiday makers
Pricing for marketing services will be in addition to the management services costs as described above. We will only charge for any bookings made through us @ 16% plus taxes, of the net rental collected after any credit card fees, any other third party costs or mandatory taxes.
