  • How do I make a booking?
    Once you have chosen a holiday home/s, please use the online booking form, telephone or e-mail us to confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed, a provisional booking email / letter will be sent to you along with the details to make a deposit payment. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed and the rest of the balance will have to be paid by 4 weeks before the holiday date.
  • What awaits me at the property?
    A warm welcome by either an Owner’s caretaker or a GoaSeaHomes.com representative to hand you the keys and your welcome pack at your arrival. The representative will also give you any information you may need to enjoy your holiday to the maximum.
  • Will I have to bring groceries?
    You will need to provide your own groceries, but as a welcome courtesy, we will provide you with tea / coffee ingredients and bottled water. If you do need a grocery basket to be put in the home before you arrive, please pre-book that from the concierge section of the website or by calling us.
  • Are Linens and Towels provided?
    All properties will supply bed linen and towels.
  • Are children welcome?
    GoaSeaHomes.com welcomes children. However, some properties will be considered more suitable than others. For individual properties, phone or email for details.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Some of our property owners welcome pets, however some do not. For individual properties, please refer to our website or email or telephone for details.
  • Do you provide cots and high chairs for babies?
    Some properties do provide baby equipment, some do not. Please refer to individual property details or email or phone for more details. If the property owner does not provide that, they can be arranged at an additional cost, please order prior to your arrival by email or telephone.
  • Is car parking available?
    All of our properties have allocated spaces or parking adjoining or near the property. In case of multiple cars, please email or call to find out more or make appropriate arrangements.
  • What electronic equipment is provided?
    Most essentials are provided, including iron, ironing board, television, music system etc. If you have any specific requirements please email or telephone for more details.
  • Is cleaning provided?
    The property will be cleaned fully for your arrival. If your stay is seven days or more, the property will be cleaned every fourth day during your stay. Please leave it in the clean and tidy state you found it in.
  • Do you cater for special occasions?
    Yes, We at Goaseahomes.com would like to make your holiday very special and help you make the desired special arrangements for your special occasions. We can arrange for flowers, champagne / wine, cakes, special meals and other experiences based on what you would like.
  • Do you provide additional holiday related services?
    Yes, we have a dedicated team of concierge to take care of all your holiday related inquiries and needs. You may use the online website to pre book some holiday enhancers like cooks, drivers etc.
