  • Why Goa Sea Homes villa vs. a hotel?
    • The Goa Sea Homes villa offers families and groups a more exclusive Goan experience with the comforts and space of home at a similar standard of accommodation as a hotel.  Coupled with our local concierge service and driver facilities we are sure our guests will discover as much (or as little) of Goa as they wish to and enjoy a very relaxing, exclusive holiday experience.

  • How do I make a booking?
    Once you have chosen to enjoy a holiday at our Goa Sea Home villa, please use the online inquiry form, telephone or e-mail to confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed, a provisional booking letter will be sent to you along with the details of how to make a deposit payment. Once the deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed and the rest of the balance will have to be paid four weeks before the holiday date.

  • What awaits me at the property?
    Aside from fabulous views our Local Manager will be on hand to provide you with the keys and your welcome pack upon your arrival. Our Local Manager will also give you any information you may need to enjoy your holiday to the maximum.

  • Will I have to bring groceries?
    It isn't necessary to bring groceries unless you have special dietary requirements.  As a welcome courtesy, we will provide you with an essential groceries basket. There are a number of local stores and supermarkets nearby which stock a large range of local and imported products.  These are well known to our drivers and you can explore once you settle in.

  • Are Linens and Towels provided?
    Yes, the villa has sufficient bed linen, bathing towels and beach towels.  Please do not use bathing towels outside the villa.

  • Are children welcome?
  • We welcome children of all ages. A cot and high chair are available and the villa is supplied with some games and children's movies and books. 

  • Do you provide cots and high chairs for babies?
    The villa has a baby cot and high chair.

  • Is car parking available?
    The villa has sufficient parking available for 2 cars.  If additional parking is required please contact us.

  • What electronic equipment is provided?
    Most essentials are available, including iron, ironing board, television, DVD, and Bose Sound Dock music system. If you have any specific requirements please contact us for more details.

  • Is cleaning provided?
    A housekeeping service will be provided daily during your stay (except on Sundays).  Please note this service is for light housekeeping and bed making only and does not include cooking.  If you plan to stay for a week or more a full cleaning service will be provided once a week during your stay. 

  • Do you cater for special occasions?
    Yes, We at Goa Sea Homes would like to make your holiday very special and help you make the desired special arrangements for your special occasions. We can arrange for flowers, champagne / wine, cakes, special meals as possible.

  • Do you provide additional holiday related services?
    Yes, we have a dedicated team of concierge to take care of all your holiday related inquiries and needs. You may contact us to book any special tours before you arrive or speak with the local manager when you arrive in Goa.
